LBHS Theatre Rummage Sale - April 30th

The Rummage Sale is another new fundraiser for the Thespians attending the FL State Thespian Festival. This is also another excellent way to earn your hours, donating items to this fundraiser can also earn hours.

Times: 9 - 4

Senior Showcase - May 4th (2:30-9 PM) 

Spring Showcase displays your student’s improvement throughout the year. It is also part of their final exam grade that the student’s write a critique on the showcases so they will be asked to stay throughout the ENTIRE showcase. Both showcases serve as a large portion of your student’s exam grades and attendance will be taken before the showcase begins and after showcase ends. Students will rehearse in their theatre classes for their performance pieces. 

Senior Showcase is the Senior's last hurrah after the Spring Showcase, this is a time when seniors can do whatever they want to do, even "eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on stage." 

Thespian Awards Banquet - May 13th  (5/7 PM)

Also an annual tradition, the Thespian banquet is a great way to end the school year. A catered meal at 5 PM kicks off this wonderful night. Then, we will procceed to the auditiorium where the new Thespians will be inducted into the International Thespian Society, the hard-workers will recieve recgonition for all they've done and the Leadership for the 2011-2012 school year will be announced!
